China National Coal Mining Engineering Equipment Group Corp (CME) is a 100% subsidiary of China National Coal Group Corp (ChinaCoal) and and specialises in research and development, design, manufacture, and supply of a full range of mechanical, electrical and safety equipment as well as associated technical services for coal mining industries both home and abroad. Its business also covers import and export of the related products and equipment. CME has four machinery manufacturers, namely, Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Company Ltd., Beijing Coal Mining Machinery Factory, Fengfeng Metal Support Factory and Shanghai Mine Electricals Factory. In addition CME owns four wholly-owned subsidiaries including China Coal Overseas Development Corporation, Tianjin Development Zone Coal Mines Mechanical & Electrical Company and Beijing CME Engineering Supplies Company as well as one holding company - China National Coal Complete Equipment Corporation.
