Our AFC and BSL Chain Assembly Service includes:

 - Visual Inspection of Chain

 - Visual Inspection of all Flight Bars, Keeper Plates, Nuts and Bolts

 - All Mating surfaces cleaned of any debris such as paint or dirt

 - All nuts Torqued to the requested pressure

 

- All nuts crimped followed by a visual inspection of the crimp to meet standard Click here for image

 - Chain loaded into pods as per direction

 - Chain loaded onto trucks for dispatch if requested
