China Coal Overseas Development Company Limited being the trading arm of the China National Coal Mining Equipment Group has signed an agreement with Ellton Longwall Pty. Ltd to market their equipment within the Australian underground Longwall Mining Industry. 

China National Coal Mining Equipment group is the largest manufacturer of Longwall equipment in China. The group is totally customer driven with markets in China, USA, Russia, India, Turkey, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. The group has set its goal on being the largest quality supplier of Longwall Equipment in the World.

The group has invested 100’s of millions of US dollars over the past year in the latest CNC and robotic technologies to ensure this out come. The AFC manufacturing plant alone has spent 100 million US Dollars updating machines and factory facilities. Quality and engineering excellence are the buss words with new manufacturing and testing procedures written and modeled on and by the western Worlds best.

The Roof Support factory currently produces some 8000 shields per year ranging in size from 0.6 mtrs to 6.5 mtrs up to 1200 metric tonne capacity.
